Hello! I hope all of your Chrismases were fantastic and all that jazz, and you all got what you wished for!

We decided to drive home a day early (yesterday) because the snow wasn't bad on Donner's pass coming into Nevada. The drive felt so long. Christmas was a bit different than normal, obviously, because of Opa. The Levy's didn't come to Oma's, and it was quiet. We had the usual Christmas Day get-together with my Dad's family and distant relatives.

It was hard to leave Oma's house after Christmas. She's alone in that big house in the pouring rain, and I wish she would come to Vegas to be with us for the winter. She's going to Antartica (!!!) in January with a bunch of people to see tha penguins, so at least she's excited for that.

I luurrveee my tablet, but it causes such a distraction from homework. I have SO much to do before Tuesday; I don't even want to think about it. My painting was coming along nicely until today, but I have ideas on how to make it better (hopefully it'll work!)




'Tis Hermione! I like it better than the Ginny one. I used a tutorial by Makini coupled with my own ideas.
EDIT: Eeek it's so big! Oh, well. I'm too lazy to fix it.

Tonight was Jaci's birthday party. She had a bounce-inflata-house thing! It was great fun, although a security guard was a bit scary and I fell through a potentially dangerous tire swing. Clayton and Dallas rock my socks off like whoa. xD
